Deposit and Refund policy

 

To ensure smooth scheduling and respectful use of appointment times, the following policy applies:

 

• Nail care appointments: £5 deposit
• Pedicure appointments: £12.50 deposit

Deposits are required to secure your booking and will be deducted from the total cost of your service on the day.

 

Refunds and Cancellations 

 

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to receive a full refund of your deposit. 

Canellations made within less than 48 hours or missed appointments will result in loss of deposit. 

If you need to reschedule, your deposit will be transferred to your new appointment.
